Great, fast, and affordable service! Highly recommend!

We had insulation blown in to our 1960s walls. The installers were great - friendly and accommodating. Our home is much more comfortable in both the heat and the cold - it's a very noticeable improvement! Aaron was patient and responsive with all of my questions during the sales process and HomeRx handled all of the Energy Trust of Oregon incentives on their end, and prorated the credit across the deposit and the final payment, so our out-of-pocket was very affordable. Only a few small issues. One is that we didn't realize we needed to turn off the HVAC system, so ended up having fibers blown throughout the house, and some of the insulation came pouring out of the wood paneling in the lower level. It was a fair amount to clean up and definitely caused some respiratory irritation. We also have some slight drywall cracking/bulging in a couple less-visible areas, but nothing terrible. There were also a couple of places were the siding was a bit scuffed or not put back perfectly, but that was a risk we were aware of. Overall, we are very happy with the decision to have this done. Very well worth it!

The crew showed up on time, did their job well and left after cleaning up. We would definitely use them again.

Timely on everything - from coming to do the bid to install, which I really appreciate! One of the only companies I found in the valley willing to do flash and batt (thinner layer of spray foam with batting insulation on top) which turned out amazing. So happy with the plan we came up with for my place. The sound reduction from the outside is wild! Love it.

Timely abd efficient

I couldn’t be happier with Home RX. My main contact was Omar. He was out on a Thursday the same day I called to do an Estimate. It worked out great because they started the following Monday. The crew was on time every day and had the job site cleaned up completely. This was a hard process for my girlfriend as it was her mother‘s house who had passed away and we had to do a lot of work to get it prepared to sell. i’m a general contractor myself so I was checking up on the job the entire time and I have to say the crew that works for them might have a little bit of OCD because the job was absolutely stunning 10 out of 10 would recommend them to anyone friends or family

The guys did a great job, showed up on time, sprayed the insulation cleaned up and done. If you've dealt with other contractors you know that all the above are rare today.

I was so pleased with every step of my insulation install. For the bid only HomeRX put on a cover suit and went under the house. Then the removal was thorough and the clean up immaculate. The install was neat and complete and all vents were protected. And it was all done in very short order! It earned me a good energy rebate and has reduced my monthly bill.

We hired Home Rx to add additional insulation to our recently purchased home last summer. They were very easy to work with. They completed the job quickly and cleanly and we hardly knew they were in our home. Work was great except for the sealer foam you use got sprayed in out vent in the bathroom now we can't use it

His install team arrived on time, completed their work, cleaned up before leaving and I’m very pleased with the quality of their work. Everyone at HomeRx was amazing, from my first walk through on to scheduling and the full job. The team was able to rush a job to remove old insulation to help me get some electrical work kicked off, and helped us get our attic buttoned up again after better than before. They also helped us understand rebates and incentives that helped take off a significant portion of the project cost and helped us justify upgrading an extra section of attic.

Four months ago we had our attic sealed and new insulation installed by HomeRx. They did a great job! We highly recommend this company.

Our experience was very good. We had 3 quotes. HomeRx was the best. Another company told us we needed a sump pump and quoted us thousands of dollars more. We had a building inspector look for us. He said the HomeRx quote was exactly what we needed. The two men who came to do the work, were really nice and considerate. They covered everything in the bedroom where the hatch to the crawlspace was and kept the window open for ventilation when they were taking out the old insulation. The building inspector (a friend) came back to check and said that they'd done 99% of the quoted work. A small difficult to wrap area was not covered, but he said that wasn't necessarily a bad thing because it was right by the pipes leading to the kitchen sink. And the small amount of heat coming out would help prevent those pipes from freezing. Our friend told us that the standard of work was better than he expected for the price we were quoted. He told us that to save time, some companies use less binding material, and don't wrap the insulation closely enough. But this wasn't the case here. It was an excellent job. The workmen took two full days to complete the crawlspace insulation on a 1200 square foot house. We couldn't have been more pleased.

I had insulation blown between the rafters of our second story. I thought I was going to settle with holes in our ceiling, but they proposed accessing that space via our attic to avoid impacting the finished space. They were very easy to communicate with and schedule, and were in and out within a day. Lots of protection thrown down to protect our home during the process. I would highly recommend them and will choose them again should be have future needs!

I recently hired HomeRx Insulation to insulate a small bathroom addition to my home. They were extremely professional to work with. The initial estimate was very reasonable; they were able to begin the project in a timely manner; provided the work efficiently, and then cleaned the work space and everything used for the job upon completion of the task. They were very nice to work with and I would recommend them for any insulation projects you might have.

Omar and his crew were very polite and efficient. Now I’ve got nice thick insulation under my floors replacing the original from the 70’s. It’s so clean under my house now it doesn’t creep me out anymore😁 I look forward to a warmer winter.

Literally could not be more impressed with our experience with HomeRX. Middle of summer, noticed our outside AC unit was not powering on and running - we not only had extremely prompt communications returned, but had a tech here to evaluate and diagnosis the problem the next morning. When supply chains are severely pinched, the tech worked until he found the needed part to fix out unit as fast as possible. Any interaction with the staff has been professional, courteous and helpful. Would recommend them to friends without hesitation.
