I called HomeRX to address our insulation issues. Already we paid thousands to another company but this old house was drafty and at 57 degrees Fahrenheit very cold. Abraham and Saoul showed up with the Blower door test and we could feel and see, where the air went out. The number for the house were very high. The crew went to work and “air sealed” our home up side down. Within two days our house felt cozy with normal temperatures of 65 at night. I had lots of questions and Abraham was the best in customer service. BTW: Compared to the other company, they were very reasonable.

I was in a time crunch to get spray foam installed on a bdrm remodel. Had estimator arrive on time. Price was as expected after my research. It was approx. a 2 week wait for appointment but I was on waiting list for cancelation. Got an appointment, crew arrived. This is where I was impressed. The 2 man crew, Eleazar Caal & Yony Matias assessed the job. Set up plastic to protect everything, wires, plugs, lights, floors even signage for the public. The job was perfect for me. Scraped overspray off all studs for my sheetrock and a great cleanup job. I would definitely use them again & request the same 2 employees.

HomeRx is the third insulation company I've used in the Portland area and the only one I call on for more projects I need help with. They are flexible with schedules and do very detailed work, and the guys on the job sites have been great. Add to it all very competitive pricing, and you have the insulation company you need. I highly recommend them!

We were very happy working with HomeRx in getting an insulation upgrade for our home. Nelsin was great to work with and provided a very detailed bid for separate parts of the job. The attention to detail helped separate his bid from others. And the installation crew were awesome, working very hard in our very tight crawl space.

Stephen came out explained what they would do and how they did it. He was very thorough and professional in explaining his answers to my many questions. We contacted HomeRx for an estimate on our attic upgrade. Our initial contact was Nelsin, who was outstanding! He was very thorough in acquiring the information needed and explaining the process. He carefully inspected the attic and discussed his findings with photos he took! He offered several options to proceed and finalized our estimate that same day. Nelsin was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and professional. A crew arrived several weeks later to do the work. It was during a heat wave. They were very careful and stayed safe, going above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. The effects were immediate and amazing! We are very satisfied customers and highly recommend HomeRx.

We were very pleased with HomeRX Insulation. It started from their home office in how professionally they conducted themselves on the phone, to the sales tech that came out to our home, to the on site guys that conducted the work. Their sales tech did a very thorough job with detailed explanation of our issues, pictures to support, and solutions to remedy the problems. The guys that came out to do the work were on time, polite, and professional. At one point we were really taken back on the care these guys took to make sure they didn't damage our doorway or stairway woodwork with the long hose to top off the blow in the insulation. When they finished the work for the day they showed us pictures of the work completed, and then cleaned up nicely. We would highly recommend HomeRX.

After I learned of tax rebates and credits for energy, I decided to look into adding insulation for my 1990 home. Nelsin from HomeRx performed an in-depth estimate by actually entering the attics (yes, 2 separate spaces) and the crawl space to obtain measurements. The other firm that gave me an estimate just peeked inside but never bothered to enter the spaces. I hired HomeRx and am so pleased with their work! Both the attics as well as the crawl space were completed by 2 crews in about 8 hours. These guys were such hard workers and took all the precautions to protect my floors and furnishings. The best part? They did a SUPER cleanup job and hauled away all the old junk and plastic liner from the crawlspace. I hope I don't need insulation work again but if I do, this company definitely gets my business.

I had HomeRx Insulation add blown in insulation in the garage attic after a water pipe burst caused ceiling drywall and insulation damage. Getting an estimate was easy and free. The estimator was nice and noted all the places I wanted covered. After the garage repairs were done...They put baffles in the soffit vent areas, filled the soffit areas with insulation and wrapped the water pipe so it won't burst again. They needed to drill holes in the garage attic floor to get insulation in certain areas and seamlessly plugged those holes afterwards. They even wrapped a couple ducts in the attic that had missing and/or inadequate insulation (part of the estimate but not part of the damage, not a necessity...but hey...they did it so I'm happy). The installers were nice and made sure they showed me their work. I was impressed with the quality of work. I think they went above and beyond in their work and pleased with the outcome. If I ever need more insulation work in the future...I will certainly be calling HomeRx.

This company epitomizes the term professional. From the first meeting with Max, the young man that provided the quote, to the supervisor that was the last to check out the finished job, everything was done as agreed and when promised. Everyone was quick to respond when we had questions and maintained open communication during the project. We had our crawl space completely cleaned and redone with spray foam. They also sealed everything so no critters can get in and wrapped all the ductwork and water pipes. We highly recommend them.

Great job, great communication for fixing the insulation in my bizarrely shaped and formerly under-insulated home office. It stays cooler now without running the AC, than it did before with the AC.

The best honest bang for your buck! Johnny Durango is the best and solved a series of issues I had with one unit, in about ten minutes! What Johnny did that helped me move on from all of my HVAC issues: (1) When water was leaking from my unit after another HVAC company caused the leak, Johnny identified the problem and fixed it in minutes. (2) Johnny performed a diagnostic that answered literally all of my questions about whether my units had previously been serviced properly and how they should be serviced to function at full capacity (3) Johnny was not only knowledgeable about the make and models of my units, but also the design of my whole home system which helped us figure out how to maximize energy efficiency throughout the whole home - not just the problematic unit Following my diagnostic, Johnny arranged for his team to complete the work which was seamless. I cannot overstate how happy we are to have proper heat, ac, and filtration during extreme weather and changes in air quality. During the follow-up visit, Azael and Seven went above and beyond by not only conducting a deep clean, but also cleaning all of the fans until they sparkled.
